  • The song was used in the 1972 surfing documentary Five Summer Stories.
  • In 2000, movie director Cameron Crowe used this song in the Grammy award winning Almost Famous soundtrack, and it played during the end credits of the film.
  • In 2005 it appeared on a compilation album of music that has inspired the Welsh indie-psychedelic pop band the Super Furry Animals titled Under the Influence.
